Getting to a performance

Here's some helpful information on our venue in Brisbane.

All of the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra's Brisbane concerts are held at Queensland Performing Arts Centre.

Parking

The closest parking for QPAC is at the Performing Arts car park. Access to this car park is via Melbourne Street or Stanley Place, through the Cultural Centre Tunnel.

Undercover parking is also available at the Queensland Art Gallery/Queensland Museum car park and at the State Library of Queensland car park, or at the Brisbane convention and exhibition centre (entry via Melbourne, Grey and Merivale Streets).

South Bank Parking - enter via Tribune and Glenelg Streets.

Accessibility

All QPAC venues have dedicated seating options for patrons with a disability and their guests. The Box Office can assist you with selecting seats that best suit your needs.

There are drop off zones for patrons at Grey Street (for Lyric Theatre and Concert Hall) and Russell Street (for Playhouse and Cremorne Theatre). For the convenience of patrons who have difficulty walking, a specific set down area is open in the QPAC basement 60 minutes before and after performances in the QPAC Concert Hall and Lyric Theatre.

Lifts are available to assist patrons with mobility difficulties to access all foyers, and QPAC has a range of bars and dining options all of which are accessible by wheelchair.

If you require assistance due to mobility difficulties, please call 136 246 and notify qtix box office staff at the time of booking.

Train

Travel to South Brisbane Station, opposite QPAC in Grey Street.

Bus

Travel to the Cultural Centre Busway Station on the Melbourne Street side of QPAC.

CityCat

Travel to South Bank Ferry Terminal which is only a short walk along the river from QPAC, in South Bank Parklands.
